How much does an affiliate website cost?

Our websites are 100% free with no binding contracts or fees to pay.

Are there many risks involved in owning a website?

There are essentially no risks in owning one of our websites. However, the customer assumes all risk for uploaded artwork and is notified when the artwork is of low quality.

What do I have to do about taxes?

We take care of paying all sales and use taxes that are due from purchases made on your website. However, it is your responsibility to pay annual income taxes from income earned through your website.  Within the "Manage Store" application you can export accounting information to either a Quicken or CSV file.

What are the legal concerns?

Our websites have a detailed user agreement and privacy policy information that protects you and your customers from any potential copyright or legal problems that may occur on your website.  When a customer uploads artwork, they accept all responsibility.  Do not sell products that feature artwork that you do not have the rights to.

What forms of payment will my website accept?

A customer can pay by logging into their PayPal account or using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.

How & when do I receive my commissions from a sale?

You receive commissions through your PayPal at the end of each month.

What security will my website have and is my bandwidth limited?

Your website is protected by Rapid SSL website security and there is unlimited bandwidth.

 

Website Design & Capabilities

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, you can use any domain name that you own.

Can I link my website to another website?

Yes, you can link your website to another website that you own.

How long does it take to design my website?

Depending on how detailed and prepared you are before you start designing, the website setup process can take anywhere from a few hours to few days to complete.

What support is available in assisting me build and manage my website?

There is a setup wizard and video series available at all times to aid in the building and managing of your website.

Can I integrate social networks within my website?

Yes, by using HTML plug-ins you can market to customers using Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.

How do I set my markup from the wholesale pricing?

The markup commission you receive can be set as either a percentage or fixed amount from our low wholesale prices.

Do I have to sell products?

No, you do not have to sell products or use our designer on your website.

Can I sell my own products on my website?

No, the only products that can be sold on your website are the ones made available by Print Phase.

How do I get people to come to my website?

Every website is integrated with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools such as meta keywords to help drive traffic to your website. A lot of website traffic can be generated by way of using social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, which both can easily be integrated within your website.

What sales statistics are available?

You can quickly view your best-selling, most-liked, and most-viewed products as well as important order and commission statistics at any time.

What website marketing statistics are available?

Your website has built-in website traffic tracking and can be configured with Google Analytics.  You can see how many people are visiting your website, how long they are on the site, which pages they are viewing, which keywords led customers to your website, and many more useful statistical information to learn from.

How can I stay in touch with my customers?

Your website includes a newsletter signup and email marketing tools, which are always available to help you keep in touch with your customers.

 

Artwork

What control do I have after I upload a design for customers to use to decorate their products?

You can choose whether to allow your customers to customize the color of your uploaded artwork and what products your artwork can be used for.

What artwork files can be uploaded?

Artwork files need to be a jpeg, eps, gif, or png file when being uploaded for customization.  Gif files are the best files because you can turn off the background color and, once uploaded onto your website, the colors within the artwork can easily be changed by you and your customers to ensure a perfect design every time.

Is artwork already available for customers to use to design their product?

Yes, hundreds of text fonts and clipart artwork are available for designing along with many design effects as well.

 

Shipping Orders

What shipping method is used to ship my products and how long does it take to arrive to my customer?

We ship your orders through USPS priority mail which takes 3-5 business days to arrive to your customer.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the order.

How many products are available for customizing?

Over 100 product types are available, with some products having over 20 colors to choose from.

What printing methods are used to print the garments?

We use top of the line embroidery, digital, sublimation, and screen printing equipment to ensure the highest quality custom products.
