Editing a Webpage: Widgets

The Widgets section is where you can add a section of content to a webpage.

The content can be text, photos, videos, products, and/or others.  Once the content has been added, you can edit its size, look, available actions, and how it functions.

Widgets are broken into six subsections based on the type of content.


Widget Sections: 

Basics:

Text, Form, Spacer, Divider, Page Title, Heading, Button, 1 Column, 2 Columns, 3 Columns, Search

Lists:

Blank Product Listing, Decorated Product Listing, Design Listing, Blank Product Categories, Decorated Product Categories, Design Categories

Media:

Image, Video, Slider, Image Gallery

Business:

Editing a Webpage: Panels

The panels section is where you can add templated, designed widgets that make displaying high-quality content very easy.  Within the panels section you can:

 

Panel Sections:

Contact Us:  Display content information like email, phone, and contact forum

Promo Banners: Call-to-action (CTA)

How to Edit Content Added to a Page

Select a widget or a panel and add it to the page.  Once the content is on the page, position it on the page by simply dragging and dropping it where you want it displayed.  After you have the content positioned, you can edit its design settings. Design settings will be dictated by the type of content.  The most common  content settings categories include: Content, Properties, Design, Background Properties, Layout Properties, Responsive Properties, and Advanced.
